Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Site Services Coordinator or someone who understands working on Materials Testing and is looking for a career pathway to develop in. Being able to work within a team and also independently will be required. So, too, is demonstrating the many transferable skills this employer knows you already have developed and is keen to see them transferred into their culture and organisation.

As a Site Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the daily delivery of onsite compliance testing at multiple locations across the country. You will be responsible for arranging technicians' daily tasks in a cost-saving manner, considering factors such as location and skill set of individual team members. Additionally, you will oversee the fleet of vehicles used to support this delivery. This will include maintenance via local contractors and managing drivers' behaviours to uphold our standards of safety and professionalism. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Site Manager as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks. The candidate would also need to travel around the region as part of their role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Arrange technicians' daily jobs in a cost-saving manner, considering factors such as location and abilities.

* Coordinate and schedule tasks to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime.

* Oversee fleet maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition, operating a preventative maintenance schedule.

* Manage drivers' behaviours to promote safety and adherence to company policies.

* Provide support to the Site Manager as required to facilitate task completion.

* Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

* Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
