The ideal candidate will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECTs are welcome too.
* Have extensive knowledge of the national curriculum.
* Be able to motivate and encourage children to learn.
* Have a professional level of classroom management.
* Be organised and be a good team player.
Requirements for the role:
* Able to communicate effectively with young people.
* Have a genuine passion for education and school life.
* Optimistic and positive attitude.
* Innovative and creative teaching methods.
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Committed to the safeguarding of young people.
* Hold a current DBS, or be willing to apply for one.
