This East Midlands bases Housing Association are looking to hire for a Lead Business Analyst to co-design an optimised and modern digital customer experience specification and delivery of Data, Digital and Technology Transformations.
You will have the opportunity to work across different team’s requirement gathering and completing process analysis. Working with developers, engineers, and technical architects to translate requirements into effective solutions.
The role has got backing at an executive level as this Housing Association looks to put transformation at the heart of all they do, so this is a great opportunity to make a real impact and drive meaningful change.
They are currently embarking on 2 key projects within the business so as a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a critical part in liaising with a variety of stakeholders, business teams, and service leads to confidently influence a customer-centre design outcome. Work closely with stakeholders to fully understand the “as is” business processes and map out potential improvements. Ensure business requirements are championing customer experience, improved business efficiency and mobile first digital functionality.
You would be a great fit if as a Business Analyst you have:
Experience in Social Housing
Knowledge of Customer Portals
Exposure to Repairs Management
Experience in designing, selecting, and implementing optimised digital customer experience focused solutions through procurement stages.
Experience working in digital transformation programmes where user centred design is a priority.
This role is hybrid with 2 days a month in the office near Lincolnshire
This is a initially a 12 month FTC contract with likely extensions due to the current project timelines.
The Salary on offer is £45,000 with some good benefits.
