Position: Hospital Manager
Salary: £65k Basic up to £75k per annum (Including Bonus)
Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

The Details:-
Dedicated to providing specialised care for men and women aged 18 and above, who are experiencing severe mental distress. These individuals find themselves in situations where safe care within the community is not feasible.
Our acute inpatient mental health services support people of working age who may be detained under section of the Mental Health Act or they may be admitted informally to ensure a seamless transition to ensure continuity of care and treatment.
As a Hospital Manager you will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to service users enabling them to enjoy live to the full. You will be accountable for the CQC, audits, commercial and financial performance of the home. This will include occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and be a true role model for staff members.
