Client Success Executive

Northampton

37.5 hours per week – 09:00-17:00

£24,500 per annum plus benefits and pension

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our highly esteemed and reputable client based in Northampton who are seeking a Client Success Executive to join their team on an initial temp to perm contract.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and positive approach with excellent communication skills. Within this role, you will have regular communications with both new and existing customers with a goal of ensuring the customer is getting the maximum benefit from the services available.

Key Duties:

To identify, target and proactively contact both prospective and existing clients ensuring they gain maximum value for money from the service.
Plan and implement systematic rolling programmes of telephone, e-mail and when necessary, face to face communication with customers to: retain their account at renewal time, raise awareness of the benefits of the service, maintain regular personal contact and provide a high level of customer service.
Proactively contact existing clients lists with a view of setting up membership qualified one to one meetings.
Respond to incoming enquiries from clients, providing a high level of customer service. Where appropriate referring clients to colleagues.
Utilising the CRM and excel Spreadsheets to identify client engagement on a quarterly basis with a view of mitigating risk of resignations.
To complete successful welcome calls for new clients.
Support the Manager with running of reports when required and inline with the Business Plan reporting.
Attend business events with a view of delivering an exceptional client experience.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the businesses products and services to match employer’s needs and make appropriate referrals. 

Required Skills and Experience:

Relevant experience of working in a sales or customer care environment, with the majority of the time working with customers via the telephone
Professional and confident communications skills both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills including an attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
Flexible attitude to work.
Self motivated and driven by results.
Experience of Microsoft packages especially Excel.
Experience of using CRM systems 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Previous experience of working in a business-to-business environment
Clean driving Licence
