Our client is a national developer undertaking new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for a Contracts Manager to be based out of their head office in Northampton.
The position will report into the Construction Director.
You will oversee a few housing projects in Northampton. All projects are traditional build / Timber Frame (semi detached and detached homes).
This position is also offering hybrid working, 3 days in the office/site and 2 days from home (you will manage your own diary).
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on housing developments (Traditional Build or Timber Frame). It is essential you have previous experience working for a well known house builder.
In return, our client is offering £100k - £105k + full package and bonus
