You'll play a crucial role in negotiating payments with debtors, ensuring efficient resolution while exceeding targets.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling high call volumes, both inbound and outbound, with speed and professionalism.
* Negotiating payment arrangements to clear debts within guidelines.
* Continuous learning and development through training sessions.
We're looking for someone with:
* Exceptional call handling skills and a confident telephone manner.
* A proven track record of collections.

* Sound decision-making abilities and interpersonal skills.
* Must have collections experience and the right to work in the UK already established.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Enforcement Collections.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
