Job Title: Design and Technology Teacher

Salary: MPS/UPS dependent on experience

Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join an academy in Northamptonshire as a Design and Technology Teacher.
About the Role: We are searching for an enthusiastic teacher who can make a positive impact on teaching and learning within the academy. As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will have the opportunity to use state-of-the-art facilities, including 3D printing, laser cutters, CAD/CAM, and digital green screen technology. We are looking for someone who can teach GCSE D&T / BTEC CMP or BTEC Art, with expertise in specialisms such as Catering, Graphics, and Design.
About You: The ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about Design and Technology, with a creative and inspirational teaching style.
Possess good behavior management skills and a strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a D&T environment.
Have excellent communication skills and be committed to collaborative working with colleagues and students.
Ideally, have experience teaching Catering across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Hold QTS and a degree in a relevant subject area
