About the role
As Workshop Controller you will
* Plan and organising workflows
* Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams
* Undertake quality inspections
* Deal with customers over rework claims
* Undertake staff reviews
* Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum sales
Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance

About you
Highly organised with a detailed understating of repair methods and with a proven track of running bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a ‘right-first-time’ focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development. Previous technical experience / qualifications are essential.
