The Role:

As an Azure Consultant within the pre-sales division, you will interact with prospective clients to gather their business needs and craft cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure technology. This position requires an amalgamation of solid technical acumen, client engagement abilities, and profound insights into Azure services to develop solutions that surpass client expectations.

* Liaise with prospective clients to capture their business needs, challenges, and IT infrastructure. Create scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Microsoft Azure solutions that address both business and technical requirements of the client.

* Communicate the benefits and technical details of the solutions to clients, highlighting how these meet their needs along with a roadmap for implementation.

* Work in sync with the sales team to ensure that the technical solutions are in line with the client’s business goals and sales tactics.

* Facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the practical benefits and feasibility of the Azure solutions proposed.

* Stay updated on the latest developments in Azure services and industry trends to ensure the solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.

* Serve as the pivotal link between the sales and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on the design and execution of solutions.

* Provide insights to the sales team about client feedback and market dynamics to aid in refining future Azure solutions.

* Develop and manage detailed documentation regarding solution architecture and design specifications.

* Occasionally, collaborate with the Professional Services team to assist in the implementation of projects.

Experience

* Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. Microsoft Azure certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate are highly advantageous.

* Prior experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales is ideal.

* Profound experience in crafting and deploying cloud solutions, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture principles.

* In-depth technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, covering areas such as Azure Compute, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Security, and Azure Virtual Desktop
