CNC Programmer (Lathes)
Here at Impact Recruitment we are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join one of our clients, focusing on operating CNC Lathes using Mazatrol controls. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Program CNC Lathes using Mazatrol controls and programming language.
Set up and calibrate machines to ensure proper functionality.
Operate CNC turning machines to produce components with precision and accuracy.
Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or deviations from specifications.
Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot problems and optimize processes.Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, specifically operating turning machines.
Previous experience with Mazatrol is a necessity.
Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming principles.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
