Job Title: Insolvency Solicitor
Role Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor to join our dynamic and friendly team located in Reading.
Experience/Attributes Required:
Previous experience in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery work, representing Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, and private individuals.
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including corporate and personal insolvency.
Preferably, advocacy experience.
Strong negotiating skills.
Ability to work independently when required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with effective collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software with excellent keyboard skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Client following is desirable.Work Type:
Manage own caseload and advance files under the supervision of the Partner across a diverse range of cases.
Provide supervisory support to junior team members.
Participate in and attend business development events.
Demonstrate a positive and ambitious attitude.
Work efficiently in time-sensitive situations
