ROLE: Design Project Manager

LOCATION: Wellingborough

HOURS OF WORK: Monday-Friday (Days)

BASIC SALARY: Upto £45K per annum (plus annual bonus)

My client is looking for a Project Manager. Due to an internal move, they now have a rare opportunity for a driven individual to join their project management team. In this Project Manager role, you will be responsible for:

Developing the sold CAD design through to the final deliverable design
To proactively ensure all projects are compaeted within budget and timeframe
Coordinating technical details with clients (all post sale)
Creating bills of materials and fabrication instructions
Arranging subcontract activities & technical show services
To ensure a;; internal systems are kept up-to-date (CRM & ERP)
Client liaison
Oversight of onsite build
Coordinating of a wide variety of internal activities, which will include manufacture of joinery and engineered components, graphics printing and finishing, logistics, on-site installation and dismantle, and integration of our in-house developed engagement offeringsIn order to be successful as a Project Manager you must:

Have a proven track record in project management
Strong problem solving skills
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal kills and able to make decisions
Working knowledge of Auto Cad / Vectorworks systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Full driving licence and passport
