As they aim to substantially boost turnover in the coming years, their focus lies on expanding work within their existing client base and exploring new opportunities, including ventures into areas such as sports pitches To assist with this they're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team.
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for the opportunity to work on high value groundworks and civils projects whilst technically progressing your career and becoming an expert in the industry.
Based in the Nottingham office with periodic travel to sites around the East Midland, you'll collaborate closely with the Commercial, Construction and Technical teams on projects up to £30M. Your key responsibilities will encompass attending pre construction meetings, producing Bill of Quantities, managing monthly valuations, and overseeing cost control measures through to final accounts. This position plays a pivotal role the business, offering clear routes for career progression.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor, with a few years' experience on groundwork and civil engineering projects within the residential sector looking to progress their career and develop their skillset in interesting projects.
