Account Manager

This is a field based role in the Midlands area

About the role

We are excited to be recruiting for an Account Manager to work for a forward-thinking technology business within the property sector.

Sitting within the Accounts team, the Account Manager will be maintaining and strengthening the relationships with existing client portfolio and ensuring retention by providing consistent and excellent communication and service.

You will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with existing clients, while leveraging your sales experience to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

Achieving targets set by the company on a quarterly basis through retention, upselling and new clients.

*

Retaining and growing existing account portfolio by building excellent relationships with decision makers to product users.

*

Identifying opportunities from new users, additional department and upselling products and services.

*

Providing ongoing platform and product training.

*

Work closely with core business functions to provide additional client support.

*

Prospecting and securing new opportunities for the company from researching, referrals, use of LinkedIn, cold calling, walk ins, lead follow ups and attending Property related industry events, as required.

Analysis client data to identify any risks and changes in purchasing patterns and taking appropriate action to retain business.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Ideally within the property or legal sector.

*

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

*

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

*

Customer focused and experienced in client retention.

*

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.

*

A valid driver's license and ideally based within the Midlands Area.

*

Proficient in Microsoft applications including word, excel and powerpoint.

*

Knowledge and basic understanding of using CRM platforms.
