Operations Manager – Skills

Trigon Recruitment are searching for an Interim Operations Manager to join our client, a prestigious National Training Provider, at their office in Nottingham.

Reporting to the Head of Training, you will work closely with other departmental Heads and the Head of Quality to provide leadership and direction on our Adult Education Budget programmes ensuring the delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and skills development to meet the needs of all stakeholders, improving/exceeding contractual outcomes and ensuring financial and quality targets are met. You will be responsible for 2 Curriculum Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead 2 Curriculum Managers

Ensure team delivery is maximised through the effective use of systems and processes:

Embedding the Learner journey – working with all supporting functions to ensure adherence.

Timetabling of classroom delivery & case loading of online learners

Maximising use of classrooms

Enrolment & onboarding of learners, IAG, learning pathways, effective use of ILPs; minimisation of funding compliance errors.

Support the Head of Training to embed the digital enrolment project.

Destinations and follow up activity: Keep in Touch process.
ALS funding, effective use of learning mentors

You will need:

Degree level education or equivalent

Experience of working in a similar role, with partnership development leading to income generation, improved performance, and business growth.

Significant experience in leading developing and delivering curriculum activity

Experience of Ofsted inspection and/or experience of driving outstanding teaching and learning through the completion of OTLA, standardisation and IQA processes
