Location: Nottingham
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 shifts Monday to Sunday (1 in 3 weekends), office hours
Start date: Monday 22nd April
Harper Recruitment Group is excited to collaborate with a specialist online retailer in North Nottingham, who are currently expanding their customer service team.
What will the role involve?
Delivering an excellent level of customer service to a valued customer base
Responding to customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, telephone, and live chat
Investigating and resolving customer complaints
Liaising with internal teams
Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Using multiple communication channels to engage with customers and to add variety to your roleWho are we looking for?
Proven customer service experience from office, contact centre, hospitality, or similar
Excellent communication skills and able to work at a fast pace
Bubbly and passionate team player
Experience using Shopify or Gorgias would be advantageous!
