As a Credit Controller, your role is pivotal in overseeing the sales ledger and implementing robust credit control measures for the business-to-business accounts. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Sales Ledger effectively.
* Conduct proactive credit control for business-to-business accounts.
* Follow up on overdue accounts via telephone communication.
* Resolve invoice queries and account issues promptly.
* Maintain comprehensive customer contact notes.
* Issue weekly and monthly invoices and statements to customers.
* Perform opening and vetting procedures for new accounts.
* Generate weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in credit control.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective issue resolution and relationship building.
