Highly regarded, well respected; Top 200 Law Firm in Nottingham is seeking a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor on a full-time, hybrid working basis.

Based in stunning offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to utilise and showcase their skills in property litigation matters. This is a full-time role with excellent hybrid working opportunities, working environment and career progression paths.

Responsibilities

Handling a wide caseload of complex property litigation matters
Breach of covenant disputes
Possession proceedings
Boundary disputes
The Candidate

Qualified solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE in a similar role
Technical proficiency in property litigation is essential
Demonstrates experience of meeting and exceeding targetsd
Works well as part of a team as well as independently
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Outstanding communication and client care skillsThe Firm
