Job Details:
Monday to Friday
Start Time: 0800am - 1700pm
Shift Duration: 8 hours
Pay: £35,000 per annum
Location: Harlow, Essex.
Job Description
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for:
* Manging the daily and weekly job sheets.
* Receiving, processing and sending job sheets to customers and staff.
* Spreadsheet management.
* Communicating with engineers.
* Answering the phone and responding to emails.
* Finance Administration - Invoicing using Xero.
* Ensure that all duties are fulfilled to the highest standard.
* Ensure that all scheduled work is completed on time and in full.
* Ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and with authorisation.
* Polite and professional at all times.
* All other admin duties as required.
Requirements
* Must have own transport to get to site.
* Xero experience preferred.
* Must have good communication skills.
* Must have extensive experience of Microsoft Office - especially excel
