Trainee Cable Jointer - Bedfordshire - £30,000 - Training to become a full Jointer is provided
Company Overview: Our client is a leading electrical services provider committed to delivering excellence in power distribution across Bedfordshire and surrounding regions.
Position Overview: As a trainee jointer, you will play a crucial role in our clients operations, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of power cables across our network. You will function as a jointers mate initially whislt undergoing training as a full jointer. Your expertise and commitment to safety will be essential in delivering high-quality services to our customers while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform cable jointing activities in accordance with company and client specifications and procedures.
* Help to Install, terminate, and test LV and HV power cables.
* Assist with jointing work on both underground cabling.
* Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
* Full drivers license
* Previous experience as jointers mate (no authorisations required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime
