Job Duties:

Provide tailored tutoring sessions for students in Key Stage 3 and 4
Develop and implement lesson plans to support individual learning needs
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Encourage student engagement and participation in the learning process
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in teaching or tutoring in Key Stage 3 and 4
Strong knowledge of the KS3/4 curriculum

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching or tutoring experience in Key Stage 3 and 4

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent understanding of effective teaching strategies
Ability to work with students of varying abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience in delivering online tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
