The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in the absence of their regular classroom teacher. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with students across different year groups, allowing you to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact on a diverse range of learners.
Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons according to the school's curriculum and guidelines to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student engagement and participation.
* Providing constructive feedback to students and reporting on their progress to the regular classroom teacher.
* Managing classroom behavior and ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning and effective communication with students, parents, and staff members.
Primary Teacher Requirements
* Experience working with primary school students in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
