This creative restaurant serves up a wide range of exciting dishes with inspiration from around the world, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Previous restaurant manager experience
Managing a large team including rotas, holiday & sickness
Opening and Closing due diligence
Budgeting and forecasting
Recruitment and training
Advanced table waiting skills
Strong customer service skills
Good knowledge or beers, wines and spirits
Knowledge of seafood and other local produce
Your own transport
Salary of up to £24,000 per annum
Paid overtime of between £4,000 - £5,000 per annum
