Our client is a world leading manufacturer who prides itself on their customer support, who are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have an electrical bias, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Description

Be the first point of contact for all technical queries for a global customer base
Offering technical support via phone, email and video calls
Fault diagnosis for electrical and mechanical issues
Keep all details up to date using data and document management tools
Review and update product manuals, datasheets and bills of materials. 
Product Support Specialist
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

In depth experience working in a Product Support role or similar
Electrical knowledge (PLC operated machines, wiring panelling)
Previously worked within a manufacturing environment
Full current driving license, with a car
