Job Title: Regional Commercial Manager
Location: Bristol, UK

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the commercial team in the region, ensuring effective delivery of commercial support to projects and customers
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
* Manage the commercial aspects of contracts, including pricing, negotiation, and contract administration
* Conduct regular reviews of project budgets, costs, and profit margins to ensure financial targets are met
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Provide commercial support and guidance to project teams to facilitate successful project delivery
* Monitor and report on commercial performance metrics to senior management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the engineering or construction industry
* Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of successfully managing commercial aspects of large-scale projects
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
