Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for our client based in Braintree on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will provide sales ledger services and will be responsible for all banking responsibilities and management of Partner activity on Sales & Purchase Ledger.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Accurate inputting of information onto D365 coupled with consistent descriptions and coding of income and expenditure
* Production of information on a timely basis in order to meet internal and external reporting deadlines
* Communicating in a polite, helpful manner with customers & suppliers
* Accurately filing
* Allocating customer payments
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Credit Control or similar role
* Strong customer service, negotiation and influencing skills
* Relationship management experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong excel skills
* Strong analytical skills
Working hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00, with hybrid working available (2 days in the office per week) once training period is completed.
