B&B Construction recruitment are actively seeking to add to our team in Billericay, Essex.
Established in 2021, B&B work within the white collar construction market, providing the top 1% construction professionals to Tier 1 contractors, Developers, SME's and sub contractors all over the UK.
After recent success and excellent customer relationships, we are in the market to add to our team and are looking for like-minded people to join our exciting journey in recruitment.
The 2 directors are young, hungry, enthusiastic individuals who are looking to pass on our tried and tested experience and knowledge to the next top performing consultants.
We are looking for trainees, or consultants who have excellent attitudes, to work in fast paced and high-pressured environment. The recruitment world isn't for the faint hearted and so, we are looking for strong-minded, switched-on individuals who have certain qualities to thrive in a hard working but rewarding sector.
We provide a mixture of training methods which include onsite training, scenario workshops and specific systems training, for you to be armed with as much knowledge to help you succeed.
