Pursuit Resources Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3 years' experience. This is an office-based role, based in Braintree, Essex and the successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

The role:

Support existing client base and their recruitment needs
Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales
Have ownership of key accounts to manage and develop
Job board advertising, CV sourcing and candidate marketing (including social media)
Forge strong relationships with clients and candidates
Full 360˚recruitment role Experience required:

Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
Strong sales, networking, and client development abilities
Ability to develop and grow new business
Proven resilience and a positive attitude to overcoming challenges
Experience recruiting with LinkedIn (highly desirable)
Previous experience of using recruitment databases to manage candidates and clients Benefits include:
