Talented Residential Property Lawyer sought for Lexcel accredited firm in Essex on a permanent basis.

Joining one of our client’s multi-accredited practice located in Braintree or Chelmsford, the successful lawyer will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. The ideal applicant will have experience in dealing with 30-40 completions per month with the help of support staff.

• Re-mortgages
• Freehold and leasehold property transactions
• New builds
• Sales and purchases
• Shared ownership
• Lease renewals and extensions
• Reviewing and submitting searches

The Candidate
• Solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Experience in residential property is essential
• Ideally have experience in acting for clients purchasing new build properties
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
