Highly successful firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a talented Residential Property Lawyer on a full-time permanent basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilful solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer to join our client’s multi-accredited practice located in the Peterborough area. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of residential property matters, whilst providing a first-class service to the firm’s clients at all times.

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership
• Right to buy
• Help to buy
• Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions

The Candidate
• Solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• IT proficient
• Ability to work efficiently under your own initiative as well as part of a team
