Private Client Enquiries Coordinator
JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across Essex. Due to continued growth in their Private Client Department my client is now recruiting for a Private Client Enquiries Coordinator.
As Private Client Enquiries Coordinator , you will be the main point of contact in the initial stages of all new enquiries to the firm regarding Wills and LPA’s.
The Role
* To act as the first point of contact for all new Will / LPA enquiries
* Ensure all calls are answered within agreed service level
* Accurately complete the fact- finding form
* To book an appointment for the lawyer
* To compete a conflict check
* Ensure that all new enquiries are logged
* Open New files using PW4
* Generate initial appointment letters, Will questionnaires
The Candidate
* This position would suit candidates with Private Client experience , or a sales progress chaser or mortgage broker or financial advisor
* Be an exceptional communicator
