Our Cambridge-based client is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to drive the success of their Manufacturing department.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Lead a team, prioritizing manufacturing excellence to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe operations.

* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and dynamic team atmosphere, fostering open communication and continuous enhancement.

* Formulate and execute strategies to achieve production goals and enhance operational procedures.

* Mentor and nurture team members, identifying training needs and avenues for advancement.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and tackle intricate manufacturing obstacles.

* Efficiently manage resources to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

* Advocate for initiatives aligning with our sustainability and operational excellence goals.

* Monitor and uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

* While a technical background is advantageous, expertise in business, management, and leadership (ILM, CMI) or similar fields is particularly beneficial.

* Understanding of manufacturing processes is advantageous but not mandatory.

* Proficiency in project oversight, encompassing planning, execution, and resource management, with a focus on leading teams toward project objectives.

* Experience or training in managing team or project transitions, demonstrating the ability to guide teams through change effectively
