We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves ensuring adherence to correct procedures for new suppliers and clients and maintaining exceptional quality standards in manufacturing and environmental practices.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will drive the implementation and upkeep of compliant quality systems (ISO 9001/14001) while collaborating across departments to embed best practices within the quality improvement framework.
Beyond this, the role involves overseeing sustainability and environmental projects, conducting planned quality assurance activities, and serving as an authority on EU & UK REACH regulations. The ideal candidate would have a background in chemicals or pharmaceutical quality and compliance management, possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail in managing hazardous chemicals.
