Adecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Plant Operative to join their expanding team.
Location: Grays
Salary: Up to 38,432
Working days: 4 on 4 off
Working hours: 6am to 6pm/6pm till 6am
Duration of contract: Permanent
Duties:
Running production machinery to achieve production schedules
Place packaging on the lines to keep up with automated machines
Understanding of machine breakdowns to troubleshoot defects and working with other departments to make sure these are fixed correctly and on time
Operating forklift
Maintaining great attention to detail
Requirements:
Experience working on automated machinery
Pharma or Chemical background (desirable but not essential)
Physically fit
Great communication skills
