Legacy Strategies are hiring on behalf of our client who is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with specific External Façade/Render/ Cladding experience. You will become a crucial member of the team and contribute towards the success and progression of the company.
Full-Time/Permanent
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront of everything you do.
* Prepare and ensure that all tender submissions are accurate and submitted timely.
* A strong working knowledge and engagement with the supply chain to procure precise quotations for materials and services in order to create accurate cost estimates for tenders.
* Consistently engage with clients to ensure that all needs and requirements are met accordingly throughout the tender process.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience as an Estimator specialising in External Façade/Render/ Cladding experience.
* Experience using Estimation Software such as 'On Screen Takeoff'.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to negotiate and present to a very high level.
