Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property Services company in Basildon, Essex on a 16 week contract working nights
Shifts are - Sunday - Thursday 23:00 - 07:00 - Offering a competitive rate, + car allowance/mileage
We are after someone who has previous experience within Social housing projects/ maintenance
Able to manage subcontractors
Excellent Health and Safety standards Needs:
Full UK driving licence and able to use own vehicle to travel to site
SMSTS
CSCS Card
Experience managing subcontractors and labour
