Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Instructor to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement engaging English lessons tailored to the specific needs and abilities of individual students.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
People without a teaching qualification would be welcomed.
Experience working in a similar role, preferably within an Alternate Provision or Special Education setting.
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
