Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner:

As a Nursery Practitioner you will provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in our nursery setting.
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning, development, and creativity.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and welcoming environment.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times, following safeguarding procedures and regulatory guidelines.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will maintain accurate records of children's progress, observations, and assessments to inform planning and support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery's provision and practices.
Qualifications and Skills:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
A passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children, nurturing their development and well-being.
