Job Title: Air Conditioning Projects Manager (F Gas Qualified)
Location: South Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Commission Incentives

Talent Media is delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading client who specialises in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services on this exciting new role.
Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Projects Manager to join their dynamic team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer looking to transition from hands-on work to a more project management-oriented position. While the role will still require hands-on involvement, it also offers the chance to develop into a project leadership role in the longer term.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee projects related to air conditioning systems, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Ensuring the client is happy with the standards and workmanship.
* Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on engineering support as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems and engineering.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and establishing relationships with potential clients.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
* F Gas qualification is essential.
* CSCS CARD
* Proven experience in project management within the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
* Strong technical background in engineering, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
* Full UK driving license.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
* Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
