Do you have a background in HVAC and want to use your industry experience to inform the project delivery process, where you can add value to client relationships and use your management skills to ensure the smooth and high quality delivery of HVAC and Building Services installations with some of the largest Hospitality companies in the UK?

On offer is the opportunity to join this growing and ambitious company which is designing and installing HVAC and other Building Services systems to prestigious clients in Essex and London. You will play a key role in project delivery and completion, managing client relationships on-site while also conducting risk assessments and overseeing the proper allocation of labour resources.

The Role:

Use technical knowledge to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HVAC and other Building Services projects
Manage on-site client relationships, attending meetings and communicating effectively and clearly throughout the project delivery process
Provide risk assessments and management throughout the project delivery process
Assess and ensure appropriate allocation of labour resourcesThe Person:

Experience with HVAC engineering (project management, design, estimating, or similar)
