Partnering with the UK's leading soft landscaping provider, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our major landscape project in Cornwall. As part of this collaboration, you'll lead and coordinate the project that is currently in its initial stages, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives and the sustained profitability of the of the initiative.

Oversee the project and financial management of the Major Landscape Project in Cornwall, ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability targets.
Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities to enhance project revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with project and operational teams to develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery.
Provide leadership and direction to project staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.Requirements:

You must hold a CSCS Gold Card
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying, landscaping, construction, or related fields would be advantageous, with additional merit for certifications in NEC Contract Management or IOSH Health and Safety.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry would be beneficial but other transferable sectors will be considered.
