Role Responsibilities:
As the Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Referral and Assessment Team. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of dedicated social workers and support staff
Managing referrals and assessments promptly and effectively
Providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members
Collaborating with partner agencies and stakeholders to deliver integrated services
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery through innovation and best practice
