European Road Freight Manager
Location: Feltham, London
Salary: Up to £52,000 (DOE)
My client is looking for an experienced European Road Freight Manager to join their team based in Feltham. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience Road Freight Forwarding for both Import and Export Operations. The right candidate will also have a good understanding of Customs Clearances, a working knowledge of Road Freight Operations and have previous leadership experience.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) - Flexible working required

Manage the Profit and Loss responsibility for the branch.
Responsible for building a strong team to handle EU Road Freight Operations.
Manage day to day import and export bookings.
Negotiating with clients and calculating and quoting freight bookings.
Meet with, build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Monitor KPIs and team performance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Road Freight Forwarding.
Import and/or export operations and customs experience.
Pricing, Negotiation and Quoting experience.
Excellent customer service experience.
Leadership experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry.
Ability to work flexible hours.
