Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Location: Basildon
Duties:
Answer calls and queries from customers
Up-selling products to current customers
Check trends and ways to improve business
Monitor customer spend and check product popularitySkills:
Experience in account management/sales/customer service
Strong customer service skills
