Application Support Analyst – Homebased - £35,000-£38,000

Our client are looking some experience to their service desk around the more bespoke systems that are used by some customers. This is a completely remote/homebased role with the odd bit of travel for team meetings – but this is very rare – which will be fully expensed.

The role itself will be providing technical application support to the external clients of the business and where it isn’t possible to resolve the problem, you will escalate to more senior team members. Escalation will happen when the issue has been thoroughly explored and investigated and you will need to demonstrate experience of this in previous roles.

The external customers that you will be dealing will be based within the housing benefits sector and you will ideally have some experience of this, but it is not absolute. The key aspect to this role is an understanding of the Capita One systems, or Academy.

You will have a good level of wider technical understanding and interest at a first line level with a real interest to develop this and push on. This is a really key role within the ServiceDesk team so the potential is there for a lot of interesting work and learning some great new skills!
