Project Architect Job in Cambridge, East Anglia

Project Architect job in Cambridge joining an employee-owned company with 3 offices across England, they are looking to grow the Cambridge office significantly this year, and can offer up to £45,000, a yearly bonus, and 2 days WFH

My client is currently working on a range of defence, education, and healthcare projects with both public and private clients, they are looking to make multiple appointments over the next year driven by a strong pipeline across a range of sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

Producing Construction and tender packages in Revit
Reporting senior and associates on the progress of the project
Work collaboratively with the whole team
Good understanding of the UK building regulations
Capable architect with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Required Skills & Experience

Experience across all RIBA work stages particularly stage 4 onward
3+ years post part III experience
ARB registered
Revit proficiency to BIM level 2 standard is desirable but will consider intermediate candidates
Previous experience working in the public sector
Experience working in Education, Healthcare, or Industrial is highly desirable
DBS is not required.What you get back
