I am working alongside an exciting family run D&B property developer who, due to an increase in purchased land, Projects and visions to expand, are in the market to recruit a project manager to join the team.
In business since 2011 and several successful and beautiful projects later, my client are looking for a project manager with like minded passion for building. This position would suit someone that gets excited by working on bespoke projects, has proven experience of looking after a portfolio of projects up to £4-5m in combined value. Someone that is approachable and knowledgeable in all aspects of building from inception through to completion.
SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS will be required for this role
Someone from the Cambridge area would be preferred but not essential.
