Our client strives to bring an experts touch to every project whilst maintaining their unparalleled levels of customer service and client satisfaction.

Performance Objectives

Preparing, negotiating, and agreeing final accounts.
To procure sub-contract and material packages.
Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations.
To prepare monthly reporting for management
To control and monitor expenditure against budget.
Responsible for all commercial activities associated with the project.
Pre-construction involvement, working with the design team and value engineering where necessary.
Management reporting day to day to senior lead project.

Person Specification

The Successful candidate is likely to be personable, dedicated, and ambitious, but above all poses a positive and can-do attitude.
Full driving licence.
Ability to form strong working relationships.
Good IT and communication skills.
Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
Tier 2 main contractor experience.Apply
