Position: Senior Construction Planner (Tier 1 Contractor)

The company is expanding due to recent successes and offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Individual to contribute to major projects upwards of £60mil within the new build life science and education sectors.

The Role:

As a Senior Construction Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major projects in excess of £60mil and across Life Science, Education and Commercial sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to high-profile developments within East Anglia and surrounding counties.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
Collaborating with project teams to identify potential risks and opportunities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Providing accurate and insightful analysis of project progress and performance.
Liaising with stakeholders to communicate project milestones and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Utilising industry-leading planning software to improve project efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate:

A highly motivated individual with a proven track record in a Senior Planner role, extensive experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
Proficiency in industry-standard planning software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
