My client is looking for an Assistant Minor Works Manager to lead on a company scheme to upgrade lighting to their properties as well as provide comprehensive support to the Minor Works Manager across Cambridge, London and the East of England.
My client is one of the largest property owner and management companies that specialises within the healthcare industry with sites across the whole of the UK.
As the Assistant Minor Works Manager your duties will include:
The running of an L.E.D upgrade plan
Comprehensive logging and inputting on to various IT systems.
Liaising with FM Managers and their team's contractor staff and ensuring the smooth running of the Capital and L.E.D plans at all times.
Communicating effectively with all customers and sub contractors and act as an ambassador for the company at all times.Profile
The successful candidate for the Assistant Minor Works Manager role will:
Have fantastic customer service skills
Ideally an Electrical background or Electrical knowledge
Ideally have project knowledge or a keen interest in projects
Good IT skills (Word, Excel)
Have worked in a Facilities or Building and Construction based roleJob Offer
